01Services

Celestial Canvas provides content production, strategy, distribution and conversion services through four partnership tiers:

On Tiers 1 and 2 you bring the concept, script or raw footage and we handle production. On Tiers 3 and 4 we collaborate on strategy, pre-production and content direction with a dedicated team. The exact scope of each engagement is defined in the signed agreement for that tier. These are our current, final rates, and we do not adjust scope or pricing case by case.

02The Pilot Project

Every new partnership starts with a paid pilot, a real working test before either side commits further.

• The pilot fee is refundable at 70% any time before the working test begins. Once the test begins, it is non-refundable, as it covers setup and production already underway.
• At the end of the test, the Client gives a clear yes or no.
• If yes, the pilot fee is credited in full toward Month 1. The remaining Month 1 balance must be paid and confirmed before any work continues past the test period.
• If no, the relationship ends there. The Client keeps everything created during the test, and no further payment is due.

03Payment terms

All payments are due upfront. Work begins only once payment is confirmed on our end. After the pilot, the Client continues either:

• Month-to-month, at the full rate for the tier, or
• On a committed term of 3, 6, 9 or 12 months, paid in full upfront, with a 3%, 5%, 8% or 10% discount respectively.

We may pause or end services if payment obligations are not met. Completed work is not refundable, except as set out in the Content Confidence Guarantee below.

04Content Confidence Guarantee

Month-to-month engagements, and any 1 or 2 month term, are a testing and data-gathering phase. No cure period or refund applies at this stage. For committed terms of 3 months or longer:

If the agreed deliverables or quality are not met by the end of the committed term, we work the cure period at no additional charge. If they are still not met after the cure period, we refund 25% of the fees paid for the term, and the Client keeps every asset created.

“Met” means delivering the volumes defined for the Client’s tier at the quality approved through the revision process. The guarantee is not tied to subscriber counts, views or revenue, which no honest partner can promise.

05Client responsibilities

• Provide raw footage, brand assets, materials and access needed for production on time
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes, as delivery volumes assume timely approvals
• Communicate through agreed channels (Slack, email or Zoom)
• Not share proprietary systems, frameworks or workflows delivered by Celestial Canvas with third parties
• Provide accurate information during onboarding and throughout the engagement

06Revisions

Every tier includes revisions until the Client approves the direction on the first content batch. Pilot deliverables include one to two rounds of revision. Additional rounds beyond the agreed scope are discussed and agreed before work continues.

07Ownership & intellectual property

The Client owns 100% of the deliverables created for them, however long the partnership runs. Celestial Canvas may use completed work in its portfolio and case studies unless the Client asks otherwise in writing before the project starts.

Proprietary systems, automation workflows, scripting frameworks and strategic methods developed by Celestial Canvas remain the intellectual property of Celestial Canvas.

08Confidentiality

Both parties keep the other’s non-public business information confidential, including strategy, pricing, funnels, client data and the terms of the agreement, and use it only for the partnership. This obligation continues after the agreement ends.

09Exclusivity

From Tier 3 up, we work with only one client per industry at a time, and take a maximum of 10 Tier 3 and Tier 4 partnerships a year.

10Results disclaimer

We provide content production and strategy services. While our track record includes significant results for past clients, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, revenue, subscriber growth or business results. Results depend on many factors, including market conditions, the Client’s own offers and funnel, and implementation. Testimonials and case studies reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees of future performance.

11Termination

After Month 1, a partnership continues month-to-month or for the committed term selected. Once any committed term is fulfilled, either party may end the partnership with 14 days’ written notice. Early termination by the Client does not entitle them to a refund of prepaid fees, except under the Content Confidence Guarantee. We may end an engagement immediately for non-payment, breach of these terms, or abusive or harmful conduct.

12Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celestial Canvas and its founder are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the services or this website. Total liability will not exceed the fees paid by the Client in the 30 days before the claim.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. For clients in the United States, both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies. Nothing in these terms limits either party’s rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

14Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Active clients are notified of material changes by email. Continued use of our services after notice means you accept the updated terms.
